Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of the PerfectWeek 7 service (the "Service") provided by PerfectWeek 7 (the "Company") and define rights, obligations, and liabilities between the Company and its members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Member means a user who has agreed to these Terms.
- Routine means a habit a member configures to perform on selected days.
- Points are virtual units awarded as rewards.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
These Terms take effect when posted in the Service. The Company may amend the Terms within applicable law, with at least 7 days' notice (30 days for material adverse changes).
Article 4 (Membership)
Membership is created by signing in with Google or Apple and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Service)
The Service includes habit tracking, statistics, social feeds, weekly rewards, and notifications.
Article 6 (Company Obligations)
The Company shall use reasonable efforts to provide a stable service and protect member data.
Article 7 (Member Obligations)
Members must not impersonate others or access the Service through unauthorized means.
Article 8 (Suspension)
The Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or force-majeure events. Members will be notified when feasible.
Article 9 (Liability)
The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by member fault.
Article 10 (Disputes)
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with venue in the Seoul Central District Court.
